    CBS Television Studios, is an American television production company that was formed on January 17, 2006 by CBS Corporation as CBS Paramount Television, merging Paramount Television and CBS Productions. 

    CBS currently holds 50% of the production rights to produce Doctor Who and its spin-offs.

    CBS Television Studios presently also consists of its domestic distribution arm, CBS Television Distribution, and its global distribution arm, CBS Studios International.
