David Bailie (4 December 1937 – 6 March 2021) was a South African actor, known for his performances on stage, television and film. He played The Toymaker from 2010 to 2011 with the trilogy of stories The First Game, Hark! The Weeping Angels Sing and Checkmate. He later reprised the role for Her Final Stand and the first season of Doctor Who: Through Time and Space.
