David Bell is a British Director who directed the Doctor Who stories Blood Heat and The Game of Resurrection.
Biography
Prior to Doctor Who
David Bell's first directing credit was on the 1977 TV Movie Emu's Christmas Adventure. He went on to direct episodes of various TV shows, most notably Jackanory and Maid Marian and Her Merry Men. He also wrote fifteen episodes of Jackanory.
Work on Doctor Who
Bell's first Doctor Who credit was directing the Season 31 story Blood Heat. He then directed the Season 32 story The Game of Resurrection.
After Doctor Who
Bell served as Producer on seven episodes of Aquila in 1997 and directed one episode. He also served as Producer on the 2000 series Ghost Hunter.
