Biography
Prior to Doctor Who
David Gillspie's first acting role was as Duncan in EastEnders from 1987-1989. He went on to play Selby, a reoccurring character in Red Dwarf, starting in 1988.

Gillspie played a Party Guest in the Doctor Who story Crime of the Century.
After Doctor Who
Gillspie's other notable roles include Gulliver in the mini-series Bedtime (2001), and as Al's Agent in the movie Sensitive Skin (2005)
