Evolution of the Matrix was the fifth episode of Season 42 of Doctor Who. It was written by Steven Moffat, directed by Graeme Harper and featured Anthony Head as the Doctor, Derek Jacobi as the Rogue.
Synopsis
The of Matrix of Time, the largest supercomputer ever invented. It's advanced that that it sustains a micro universe. Now the Keeper decides that it should go one step further and replace reality so the ultimate form of knowledge can be reached.
