    Knight Falls was the second story of Season 31. It was written by Ben Aaronovitch, directed by D.J. MacHale and featured Richard Griffiths as the DoctorLisa Bowerman as Bernice SummerfieldJohn Banks as Henrick and Carole Ann Ford as Susan Campbell.

     Synopsis

    The year is 2194, 30 years since the Doctor defeated the Dalek invasion of Earth. Susan Campbell lives a very normal life, having integrated into this time period.

    However, she has spent her whole life waiting for her grandfather to return. She has now given up hope.

    That is until a blue police box arrives on her doorstep.

    Meanwhile, a robot army of knights are heading towards Earth, and they will be there by night fall.
