Obey was the fifth and final episode of Season 1 of Cold Front. It was written by Joseph Lidster, directed by Chris Carter and featured Jason Isaacs as the Master.
Synopsis
The Isop galaxy has gone through turmoil over the past few hundred years. After the war, the planets have become baron wastelands, and that's just the lucky ones. But they're all surviving, things are getting better, stations are being rebuilt. But there's a power vacuum, and an outsider is trying to take hold of the galaxy for his own personal gain. You will obey him. You WILL obey him.
