Sir Robert Walpole was the first Prime Minister of Great Britain.
In 1742, after 20 years in the job, Walpole was overthrown by parliament after accusations of corruption. However, Sebastian Jensen, posing as one of Walpole's chief advisors tried to alter this and make sure Walpole stayed Prime Minister.
He met the Twelfth Doctor, Angela Jensen and Lizzie Clarke, during this period. While he enjoyed the company of Angela, he found her extremely odd. He eventually found out that she was the Prime Minister, many years into the far future, and chose not to believe such a ridiculous story. (DW: Hot Air)
