    The Tenth Doctor was a tall thin man with sweeping dark hair. His costume consisted of a dark purple coat, a shirt of a lighter purple hue, a multi patterned, multi coloured waistcoat, grey trousers and plain black shoes. Beginning in Season 39 he started to occasionally wear an outfit that was entirely burgundy, reminiscent of the Fourth Doctor's Season 18 outfit. The burgundy costume consists of: a white-pink dress shirt, a brown dotted necktie, and burgundy waistcoat, jacket, and overcoat.

    The Tenth Doctor was born out of a traumatic regeneration but was found safe in the company of friends.

    He began as quite distant and brooding, but throughout his time with Lou, alone, and, especially, after meeting Sandra Armstrong, he became much more lighthearted and jovial.
