The Oncoming Storm was the third episode of Season 42 of Doctor Who. It was written by Tom MacRae, directed by LeVar Burton and featured Anthony Head as the Doctor, Derek Jacobi as the Rogue.
Synopsis
With the Poplne and Bellonsion delegates safely on Gallifrey, the conference continues. However, after analysing the data from the ship, it seems that neither the Resistance or any other known party were controlling it. With a room full of delegates, it's time to start pointing fingers.
