The Fourth Doctor is in 1903 London with Romana — a city shrouded in mystery. When Romana is kidnapped in the British Museum, the Doctor has to unlock the answers to a series of ancient questions. The Sands of Time was the second story of Season 40 of Doctor Who. It was written by Justin Richards, directed by Hettie MacDonald and featured Tom Baker as the Doctor and Mary Tamm as Romana.
Synopsis
