The Ties In Between Us was the seventh episode of Season 47 of Doctor Who. It was written by Ira Steven Behr & Hans Beimler, directed by Nick Hurran and featured David Suchet as the Thirteenth Doctor, Juliet Landau as Zenla and Dougray Scott as Chris Parsons.
Synopsis
The Doctor, Zenla and Chris land on a desolate planet which holds a space-time rift⦠The TARDIS needs to recharge for at least 24 hours. The Doctor goes back into the TARDIS to get his magnify glass, when the TARDIS dematerialises, leaving Zenla and Chris stranded. The Doctor, soon lands back on the planet, but far into the future, where an entire civilisation has been born from Chris and Zenla. Can the Doctor, in all good will, go back in time to change events and stop this civilisation from ever even existing?
