Yoshiyuki Baba (馬場 義之, Baba Yoshiyuki, born September 26, 1946), known professionally as Togo Igawa (伊川 東吾, Igawa Tōgo), is a Japanese actor who works primarily in British films and television. He has played several roles in the Doctor Who franchise, most notably, Mavic Chen, the main villain of The Daleks' Master Plan.
