The following article is written from an In Universe perspective.

The Doktor was the second known incarnation of an alternate universe's version of the Time Lord known as The Doctor, created by the Toymaker.

    Biography

    Post-regeneration

The death of Doktor I took place after the radiation from the Great One's lair caused severe damage to his body. He returned to Earth to end his time in the company of Pola Pisarek and Colonel Lubicz-Stugocki. K'anpo Rimpoche soon arrived and kick started with the regeneration. (POL: All Praise to the Great One)

The new Doktor and Pola were soon reunited with Atlos and Sabita, who had come to Earth in order to warn them about an impending invasion by a race known as the Cybermen. When the pilots of Zeus IV discovered a new planet between Mars and Venus, the Doktor, having predicted this, tried to convince the crew that Earth had a twin planet millions of years ago called Mondas, but before she could think of a plan, Irena arrived with a taskforce to arrest her. However, a Cyber-invasion fleet arrived and wiped out Irena's taskforce.

The Doktor, Pola, Irena, Atlos, Sabita and JEDNOSTKA confronted the Cybermen when they intended to conquer Earth and convert all humans into Cybermen, due to their home planet dying from years of experiments, but her attempt at negotiation resulted in her and Pola being taken hostage aboard the Cyber-ship. The Doktor soon escaped with Pola before trapping the Cybermen on Mondas, which was soon destroyed. Afterwards, Irena decided to let the Doktor go, pretending that she failed to capture her. The Doktor and Pola departed in the TARDIS. (POL: The Fall of Mondas)

    Time paradox at Christmas

The TARDIS alerted the Doktor to a time distortion in Warsaw, that was in 1871 as well as in 2021. While Pola was sent to her time to investigate, the Doktor traveled to 1871, only to discover that she'd become trapped in a paradox connecting both time periods. After some investigating, the Doktor discovered that the Zygon engineer Andrzej had created the paradox using a machine that would eventually create a time loop, forcing the people of Earth to relive the 20th century and the 21st, up until Midnight on Christmas Day, when Pola's young cousin Krystian would commit suicide, thus causing the loop to start all over again, due to him co-existing in both time periods.

The Doktor and Pola found Krystian on the roof of the local church, and eventually talked him out of jumping, finally ending the time distortion. Krystian led the two to where the paradox machine was, eventually destroying it, and forcing Andrzej and the remaining Zygons to flee. The TARDIS returned, which allowed the Doktor, Pola and Krystian to return to 2021. (POL: Eve)

    An adventure in Zakopane

The Doktor traveled to 1950s Zakopane to meet Kornel Makuszyński and find out how she could have met Matolek the Billy-Goat (POL: Eve,) but she soon ran into Irena, who was trying to track down a group of aliens that had stolen Time Lord technology. The Doktor, Irena and Kornel investigated and soon discovered that the aliens planned on using the technology and the geological properties of the Tatry Mountains to steal the moon. The aliens used the stolen technology to trap the Doktor and Irena, but they were eventually freed when Pola and Krystian found the technology in the present day and disabled it. Afterwards, the Doktor learned from Kornel that she couldn't have met Matolek the Billy-Goat. (POL: The Alien Who Stole the Moon)

    New adventures with Pola

The Doktor was contacted by Pola, who along with Krystian and others, was being terrorised by a tyrannosaurus rex. The Doktor arrived and saved Pola and Krystian from a medieval bandit. The dinosaurs were being brought to Warsaw through time distortions in a plan to revert Earth's climate to the prehistoric age. The Doktor and the others were shocked to discover that Dr. Belawski, Pola's superior and the mastermind behind the operation, was in fact a fellow Time Lord known as the Mistrz. The Mistrz warned the Doktor that she would soon have her revenge, she then teleported away. (POL: Enter the Dinosaurs)

    Meeting Emma

The Doktor and Pola returned to Rosadyne 100 years after their previous visit. While there, they befriended Emma Legato, who was attempting to free the Aarchnaughts, who were now being used as slaves. While the Doktor was more than willing to help, Emma was more reluctant due to feeling betrayed by the Mistrez. After freeing the Aarchnaughts, Emma asked the Doktor if she could come with him and Pola, to which she accepted, but Pola refused to let her on board. The Doktor took Pola home before returning to Rosadyne and taking Emma with him. (POL: The Liberation)

Seperate adventures with Pola and Emma

The TARDIS ran afoul of a device that neutralised its power, causing it to crash on the planet Exxilon. The Doktor and Emma were met by the primitive natives with aggression. Their issues compounded when they met other parties afflicted by the same device. The Doktor encountered Agent Hampton, a member of the Marine Space Corps who was seeking Parrinium, a cure for a space-plague. Hampton was restless and on edge due to him being the only agent left. The Daleks also landed for the same purpose. The Doktor and the Daleks discovered the Great City of the Exxilons, a large city with a power-disrupting tower preventing technology from working. The natives had become victims of their own technology when it gained sentience and drove them out of their city. This forced them into the wilderness with no means of technology, where they remained for so long it caused them to regress to more primitive ways and worship the city that destroyed them.

However, as the Doktor and Emma encountered the brutish natives, they also ran into a faction that wished to destroy the city, and befriended Bellan. The Doktor listened to the plight of Bellan's people and agreed to put an end to it with his help. With Bellan's help, she sought to disrupt their city's functions and remove the power-disrupting facility, though it required her to infiltrate the city's defences and get through several puzzles. Although the Daleks were incapable of using their gunsticks and were left in a rare state of vulnerability that took its toll when the Daleks where picked off by Exxilons and the city's traps alike, they resorted to using ordinary guns to coerce the Doktor and company into following their orders. The Daleks ordered Hampton and Emma to place bombs around the city's central tower to destroy it. The city was destroyed, as was the Dalek space ship, when Hampton chose to atone for his ruthlessness as the acting commander by sacrificing his life to manually detonate bombs placed aboard the vessel. Though the Marine Space Corps could now retrieve their cure on future missions to Exxilon, the Doktor regretted having to destroy the Exxilon's city and lamented the loss of one of the universe's wonders. (POL: Beyond the Dead Planet)

After leaving Emma to help distribute the cure for the plague, the Doktor picked up Pola, who was unaware that the Doktor was travelling with Emma. The Doktor aided an archaeological team on Telos in opening a Cyber-tomb, unable to resist his curiosity. To her horror, Klieg awakened the Cybermen and the Cyber-Controller from their five-hundred year slumber, but the Doktor and Pola sealed them away again. The Doktor electrified the entrance, the hatch leading to the tombs and the symbolic logic controls to prevent anyone else from entering. (POL: The Rise of Telos)

The Doktor and Emma teamed up with Irena to track down Minich, who was going through time and trying to change history. After helping to capture him in Pompeii, the Doktor and Emma returned to modern day Warsaw, where they ran into Pola, who was furious to learn that the Doktor had secretly been travelling with Emma, Pola then stormed off after the Doktorsaid that she felt Pola was a brat when they first met. (POL: Race Against the Meddler)

    Third encounter with the Mara

While trying to figure out why Emma was in a bad mood, the Doktor recived a call from Krystian, who informed her that Pola had gone missing and had last been seen at Jednostka's HQ. The Doktor and Emma tracked Pola down to a cosmic fortress, where they found that she had been possessed by the Mara, who was attempting to use the Great Crystal to forge a starfleet, capable of conquering the entire galaxy. After failing to subdue the Mara, the Doktor realised that Pola no longer trusted him, so he and Emma were forced to flee to Deva Loca. The Doktor and Emma realised that Pola was the only one who could stop the Mara this time.

With help from Kinda, the Doktor located Pola's mind, but was unable to enter. Emma entered instead. Emma found Pola, and after finally resolving their differences, Pola broke free from the Mara's influence and banished her back to the world of nightmares. Afterwards, the Doktor threw the Great Crystal into a supernova, Pola then gave the Doktor her blessing to let Emma travel with her. (POL: Rebirth of the Mara)

    Further adventures with Emma

The Doktor and Emma traveled to London, where they worked as private investigators and helped to solve the murder of James Smythe's wife. (POL: One Night in London)

    The trial

The Doktor and Pola landed on a planet where the War Lords planned to use human soldiers as an army to conquer the galaxy by picking them out of various periods of Earth's history with Wojewada's space-time vessel technology that had been given to them. After a side trip with Emma to the Plymouth Colony in 1612, (POL: Our Founding Fathers) The Doktor, Pola and Irena (still following the aliens that had attempted to steal the moon) helped unite the various resistance movements on the planet to fight the War Lords. Knowing that Wódz Naezelny's army would destroy them, the Doktor convinced a reluctant Irena to summon the Time Lords. After doing this, the Doktor, Pola, Irena and Wódz Naezelny were extracted from the War Zone by the Time Lords. (POL: The Lords of War)

The Doktor was placed on trial for favouring Earth, assisting criminals and damaging the fabric of time across the solar system. During the trial, Wódz Naezelny was sentenced to Article Six and the Doktor encountered Sara Janina Kowalska, who had travelled with a future incarnation. The Doktor was eventually found not guilty and was allowed to continue her travels, but on the condition that she complete one mission for the Gallifreyan ABW. (POL: The Trial)
