The Toymaker's Realm was a collection of hundreds of alternate universes which the Toymaker, the Monk, the Nightmare Man and the Valeyard created, largely based around the Doctor, for mere amusement. One particular one saw the Doctor as a human inventor called Dr. Who. (DW: The First Game)
