Prior to Doctor Who
Gill Wilkinson's first directing credit was on the straight-to TV movie The Golden Collar (1995).
Work on Doctor Who
Wilkinson directed the Season 32 story Return of the Living Dad.
After Doctor Who
Wilkinson's other notable directing credits include five episodes of House of Anubis in 2012, EastEnders (2014-2015), Coronation Street (2016-2020) and two episodes of Shakespeare and Hathaway: Private Investigators in 2019.
