Harrdebhr City was a soap-opera that was broadcast twice-a-week, on SWN by the Scallatti on Taoter III. It was about the most affluent and successful people in Rhaighr society and took place in a fictionalised version of the Great City of Harrdebhr. (ELYM: The Wastes of Society) The show had an intense rivalry with the Wave's soap opera, Horretz. (ELYM: Knife of the Past et al.)
