Synopsis
The Poplne homeworld, Drarvis Gamma, has become a barren wasteland. All of its resources have run out and all life is dying out. The Resistance can take this as an opportunity to destroy one of the founding races of the Union but the Time Lords have them surrounded - and the Poplne may want to fight back.
