Pola's parents named her after actress Pola Raksa, star of classic Polish TV show "Czterej Pancerni i Pies". Benek Jackiewicz, as a fan of the show, found it 'wicked', but Pola herself isn't too proud of this, as she sees her name as old-fashioned. (POL: The Third Dimension)
