Refuge was the third episode of Season 1 of Doctor Who: The New Renegade. It was written by John Shiban, directed by David Barrett, and featured Anthony Head as the Doctor, Devika Parikh as Emma Lewis and Teddy Lane Jr. as Dustin Barnett.
Synopsis
With the TARDIS spewing the Doctor, Emma and Dustin thousands of locations, they pick just one and arrive in 1972 Iowa, whereby they come across a seemingly impossibly gifted televangelist. With most of the nearby area strongly believing the televangelist's words, the Doctor and Emma are thrown into peril.
