The following article is written from an In Universe perspective.

The Tenth Doctor was born out of a traumatic regeneration but was found safe in the company of friends. He began as quite distant and brooding, but throughout his time with Lou, alone, and, especially, after meeting Sandra Armstrong, he became much more lighthearted and jovial.

    Biography

    To be added.

    Personality

The Tenth Doctor was outgoing and genial. At first, he acted like his fifth incarnation and had somewhat of a subdued and reserved demeanour. After travelling for a few adventures with Lou Madison, he began to behave more energetic and lively while still keeping his core traits. This would remain the case by the time he met Sandra Armstrong and through much of his life.

    Physical Appearance

The Tenth Doctor was a tall, thin, middle-aged man. (DW: Night of the Angels)

    Hair and Grooming

Upon regenerating, the Doctor had sweeping dark hair. (DW: Night of the Angels)

    Clothing

The Tenth Doctor settled on a dark purple coat, a shirt of a lighter purple hue, a multi-patterned, multi-colored waistcoat, grey trousers, and plain black shoes. Beginning in Season 39, he started to occasionally wear an outfit that was entirely burgundy, reminiscent of the Fourth Doctor's Season 18 outfit. The burgundy costume consists of: a white-pink dress shirt, a brown dotted necktie, and burgundy waistcoat, jacket, and overcoat. (DW: Night of the Angels)
