    All Tied Up was the ninth episode of Series 4 of Panopticon. It was written by Ira Steven Behr and directed by Jonathan Fox Bassett.

     Synopsis

    With the Presidential Election between the Rogue and Gregori, declared a tie, the Government is in crisis. There is no law declaring what to do so the decision is made to follow the Bellonsion Constitution, one of the only planets in the Alliance, prepared for such a scenario. A vote in the Panopticon will take place in 1 month, which will decide the winner. All they need is one more vote than each other and they can win.
