Timothy Dalton (born Timothy Leonard Dalton Leggett; 21 March 1946) played the Rogue starting in The Noble Sacrifice in Season 43 and made regular appearances in the show and its films from that point onward, as well as being the main character of Panopticon.
He is best known for portraying James Bond in The Living Daylights (1987) and Licence to Kill (1989).
