Return to Earth was the sixth episode of Season 42 of Doctor Who. It was written by Paul Cornell, directed by David Livingston and featured Anthony Head as the Doctor, Derek Jacobi as the Rogue as well as the cast of the spinoff, Leftover, returning for an intended sendoff after the cancellation of the show.
Synopsis
One day the Doctor was Lord President of Gallifrey, the next he's back on Earth surrounded by his friends doing what he likes doing the best, saving the day against aliens crooks and invaders. But something's wrong, how did this happen? Is it even real?
