Synopsis
The Order of Rassilon have been acting secretly against the Vex for 7 years – not in big terrorist attacks like the Seal but in smaller subtler ways. Now, they have all the information they need to begin the construction of the one thing they need most desperately – a time machine, that can run interpedently of the non-existent Eye of Harmony.
