Adams and the Bannermen was the sixth and final episode of Series 2 of Panopticon. It was written by Marc Platt & Robert Shearman and directed by David Carson.
Synopsis
Will smuggles himself on to a freighter leaving Gallifrey, in an attempt to sort out the Bannermen once and for all. They want Will, the last Chimeron and he wants to see an end to the fighting, but all he does it make it worse, and his trip to Arrex is just a catalyst for what's to come.
