Doctor was the eighth and final episode of Series 7 of Panopticon, and the second part of the finale, as well as the final episode of Panopticon overall. It was written by Ronald D. Moore & Jane Espenson and directed by Nick Hurran.
Synopsis
The Doctor is back, in the form of the Convalesce, and they are just in time, as the Vex are planning to ascend the population of Earth, and if Unity aren’t careful, the entire universe….
