Synopsis
Ohila of the Sisterhood of Karn has found herself in the Panopticon, giving a speach in relation between Gallifrey and Karn. Later on she goes to see The Rogue where they discuss how Will is getting on. But perhaps there is a deeper meaning behind the sisterhood's intrest.
