Synopsis
The Rogue needs a running mate for the election, fast, as his previous running mate, Leela, passed away some months ago. The Rogue decides to hold a flashy high-profile boot-camp showbiz event to find his new running mate and potential Vice President of Gallifrey. The question is: Who has the Rogue Factor?
