    Glory School was the second story of Season 28 and was written by Tony Etchells & Ben Aaronovitch, directed by Alan Wareing and featured Richard Griffiths as The Doctor, Julia Sawalha as Katie Tollinger and John Banks as Henrick.

    Synopsis

    It’s 1915 and there’s a war on; the Trenches a place where no man wants to go. They wait every day to see if that letter arrives calling them up. At the start, people wanted to go but no one does now. One day James Black is called up and he is sent to Muggion House to be trained up. Back in the trenches, something odd is going on and it’s only a matter of time until James is there. Meanwhile, he has to deal with the odd happenings at the House as three mysterious travellers arrive.
