The following article is written from an Out of Universe perspective.

The Official Doctor Who Convention Anaheim 2019 (ODWC 2019) was the 7th annual ODWC and the 3rd to be held in the United States, the 2nd of which in Anaheim. The event, like in 2014, was held in the Anaheim Convention Center. Headlining the convention were incumbent and outgoing Doctor, Adjoa Andoh, and incoming Doctor, Ace Bhatti, making his first convention appearance.
