The Path Not Taken was the second story of Season 29. It was written by Ian Briggs, directed by Nicholas Mallett and featured Richard Griffiths as the Doctor, Julia Sawalha as Katie Tollinger and John Banks as Henrick.
Synopsis
The Doctor, Katie and Henrick arrive in London, 1971, but it’s not the London they remember. Someone has been interfering in the timelines as London and most of the world is being controlled by the Third Reich.
History must be restored to its due course, and in his attempt to do so, the Doctor is faced with the most terrible dilemma he has ever known.
